I am currently in my 14th year of teaching, my fifth year in the Tea School District.  I teach 5th Grade Reading, and am also the Head Girls Basketball Coach.

I started my career in the Elkton School District , teaching for nine  years in the 2nd, 4th, and 6th grade classrooms. I grew up in Clear Lake, South Dakota.. 

I have been married to my fantastic wife, Carrie, for 10 fantastic years.  We have a daughter (Brooklyn-age 8), a son (Boston-age 4), and our newest addition, Braxon (Born November 14th 2011) and our American Eskimo Dog (Daunte).
